Sweet Puppy Love
It has been quite few weeks I did not touch my bakery stuff. Remembering I saw a dessert recipe from a show which looks quite delicious, it's called 'puppy love'. Nice name huh! ;)
It has just few simple ingredients in its recipe and not much cooking and no baking required. So I decided to try out. I'm not sure why, but desserts with chocolate do attracts me a lot and it look like shit most of the time before it is done. LOL.
Well, it might look a bit scary but don't judge a book by its cover. There goes my dessert into the fridge before it can be serve.
Tik tok tik tok......1 night gone away, and I am hoping my dessert will be a perfect one to serve....Wow, it is sticky and it is difficult to remove it from the aluminium foil. I managed to remove the whole thing from the foil, get it sprinkle with some cocoa powder, and it is ready to be served.

Valentine's day 2011
Valentine's day this year is not boring at all. Me and my bf initially have nothing special but just to have a simple dinner in Japanese restaurant. Coz he is too lazy to think!
Things change when his friend called him up and invited him to join them to Genting Highland. We stop by at Bukit Tinggi for dinner at this restaurant called 126, not the one you can see at the shop lots. You need to go further into the road and 126 is a single restaurant not attaching to any shop lots.
Too bad I did not take any photo of the restaurant and the food. Food there taste good with reasonable price. We ordered a fried vege which just costs RM6 for 6 of us! Their vege is really cheap.
We then reach Genting at 10.30pm and we bought our indoor theme park tickets in First World. There we go acting like crazy persons shouting and having fun in the theme park.
Surprisingly, I met my best friend, Mindy and her husband, in the theme park as well. This was not the first time we bump into each other. It's fate I guess. I think that what makes us best friends for so many years.
After that crazy shouting and fun time, the guys went into the casino and gals went to Starbucks for some drinks. I'm not so sure what to talk about at first, coz I'm not so familiar with the other two ladies friend. However, we sat down and there we go, chatting non stop until 3am.
Finally the guys came and we went home. I slept at 4am that day and have to wake up early morning on next day, sigh! Luckily I did not look like a dead fish. I will soon post some photos which we had taken in Genting.
